一 。 以 中低 强度 等级 、不 同流动性 能 的混凝 土为研 究对 象，对 比研 究 了石 灰岩 机 制砂 的 石粉 含 量对
混凝 土坍 落度 、抗压 强度 的影响 规律 。试验 结果表 明 ，混凝 土 的类 型不 同，在 坍 落度 、抗 压 强度 为 最
佳 值 时 ，机 制 砂 的 石 粉 含 量 也 不 同 ，分 别 为 5 、10 、20 ，但 对 应 的 水 粉 比 均 为 0．4。 由 此 推 断 ，
在进 行 中低 强 度等级机 制砂 混凝 土设 计 时 ，可采 用 水粉 比 0．4来预测 机制砂 的 最佳石 粉含 量 。

Determination Analysis of Content of Aggregate M icro Fines of M iddle
and Low Compressive Strength M anufactured Fine Aggregate Concrete

Abstract：There are som e controversies on influences of stone powder on performances of concrete，and its
content determination is one of the hot issues of manufactured fine aggregate(M FA) concrete．Slump and
com pressive strength of lim estone M FA concrete were analyzed on contents of stone powder for m iddle—low
strength and different flowability concrete． The experim ent results show that there are different optim um s
percent of stone powder of M FA ， such as 5， 10，and 20 for different types of concrete，but the water—
powder ratio for them is 0．4． It is concluded that optimum percent of stone powder m ay be predicted by
water—powder 0．4 for middle and low strength M FA concrete．

随着 中国基础 设施 建设 的迅猛 发 展 和对 环境 保
护 的 日益重 视 ，现 有 的 天然 砂 已经 不 能 满 足工 程 建
设 的需 要 ，使 用 机 制砂 配 制 混 凝 土 已成 为今 后 的发
展趋 势 。但 机制 砂与 河砂 相 比 ，其颗 粒 表 面粗糙 、多
棱角 ，且机 制砂 大多 数级 配不 良 ，0．630～0．315 mm
级颗 粒偏 少 ，并 含有 大量 粒 径小 于 0．07 5 mm 的石
粉 。这 些石 粉与母 岩 的化 学 成 分 完 全 一 样 ，且 大 量
的研究 表 明 ，适 量 的石 粉 对 机 制 砂 混 凝 土 的工 作 性
和强 度无不 利 的影 响 ，甚 至还 可 以改 善 混 凝 土 的性
能 一 。
《建筑 用砂 》(GB／T 14684—2001)规 定 ：混 凝 土
用机 制 砂 的石 粉 含 量 分 别 为 小 于 3 (大 于 等 于
