离子渗 透性 能和抗 冻性 能．结果表 明 ：控 制好 自燃 煤矸 石 骨 料 的 附加 水及 预 湿 时 间 ，在 外 加 剂及 掺
合料 的共 同作 用 下 ，预拌 自燃 煤矸 石 骨料 混 凝 土 的坍 落度 、坍 落度 经 时损 失 、强度 等 级 、抗 氟 离子
渗 透性 能及 抗 冻融性 能均 满足 GB／T 14902-- 2003规 定 的质 量标 准．

Study on Application of Spontaneous Combustion Coal Gangue Aggregate
in Ready—M ixed Concrete

Abstract：The ready—m ixed concrete using spontaneous combustion coal gangue to replace natural sand and
gravel was prepared．A lso，effects of additional water and pre—wetting time on workability and strength of
ready—mixed concrete were investigated．On this basis，the study on the resistance to chloride ion perm ea—
bility and frost of ready—mixed concrete with ready mixed spontaneous com bustion coal gangue aggregate
added was carried out．The results show that the ready—mixed concrete with spontaneous comhustion coal
gangue aggregate added can meet the requirement set forth in GB／T 14902-- 2003 on ready—mixed concrete
quality standards including the mixture slump，slump gradual loss，strength grade，resistance to chloride
ion perm eability and freeze-thaw when the additional water and pre-—wetting time are suitable and the ad
mixture and concrete additive are used．

中 国有 1O (质 量 分 数 )左 右 的 过 火 煤 矸 石 经
破 碎 、筛 分 ，可直 接制 成骨 料 ，即 自燃 煤矸 石骨 料 ，这
种骨 料 以其 质 量 较好 、储量 较 大 、易 开 采 、价格 低 廉
等特 点 ，在 轻骨 料 家族 中 占有一 席 之 地[1。]．2O世 纪
80年代用 自燃煤矸石骨料配制 的混凝土构件在阜
新地区被广泛应用 ，但随着预拌混凝土的出现 ，自燃
煤矸石骨料混凝土在阜新地 区销声匿迹了．究其原
因主要有 ：(1)自燃后的煤矸石孔隙率大、吸水率高，
搅 拌过 程 中会 吸收 大 量 的混 凝 土拌 和 水 ，使 拌 和 物
干 稠 ，坍 落度 经时 损失 严重 ，不能 满 足预拌 混凝 土 大
流动性 的施 工要 求 ；(2)自燃煤 矸 石 骨 料 在 粒 形 、级
配 、表 面 质 构 、强度 等 方 面 与天 然 砂 、石 存在 明显 差
别，其许多性能指标介于轻骨料与天然骨料之 间，没
有可遵 循 的配合 比设 计方 法 ；(3)白燃煤 矸石 骨 料混
凝土 的耐 久性 受到 工程界 质 疑_5。]．
