摘要:薄壁预应力混凝土构件在工程中应用广泛,例如桥梁工程中的预制T粱及斜拉桥主梁的横隔梁等。由于薄壁且应力较大,偏心、应力集中、
混凝土不密实等易造成张拉中出现裂纹、混凝土劈裂的情况。某斜拉桥主梁横隔梁设预应力钢束,截面宽度28cm,为薄壁预应力结构。预应力钢
束张拉时,钢束管道弯曲位置出现了混凝土劈裂及裂纹。对此,从设计、施工各环节进行分析,查找原因并针对性地处理及实施预防措施,避免了
质量问题的蔓延和损失的扩大,结构满足设计要求。

Abstract: Pre-stressed concrete structures of thin wall are widely adopted in projects like precast T beams in bridge engineering and cross beams in Ca-
ble-stayed bridge. Due to such causes as thin wall, large stress, eccentric, stress concentration and incompact concrete, problems like cracks and concrete
slilting are likely to appear. For instance, the cross beam of the main girder of a cable- stayed bridge is a pre sressed structure of thin wall with steel bun-
dle section width of 28cm. when the pre-stressed steel bundle is stretched, the concrete splitting and cracks appear in the bending position of the steel pipe
line. In this regard, causes are traced from steps like design and construction to accordingly treat problems and implement preventive measures, in hope of
avoiding quality problems worsening and loss deepening with structures meeting design requirements.
