收缩 率大 r普通 混凝士；随着 冉生细骨料替代率的增加 ，再生混凝土收缩率 随之增火 。

Both com pressive test and drying shrinkage test on recycled aggregate concrete with
different fine recycled aggregate replacem ent ratio

A bstract：Both compressive test and drying shrinkage test on recycled aggregate concrete with different fine recycled aggq'e—
gate replacement ratio were studied．The results show that with the replacement ratio increase，recycled concrete are becoming more
and more brittle；with the mixing proportion design of flee W／C and the secondary mixing process，compressive intensity of recycled
concrete is nearly comparable with those of normal concrete with similar composition．The shrinkage theory of the recycled concrete
is the sarne as natural aggregate concrete，with the increase of the eunng ages，the shrinkage of the recycled concrete increases；the
shrinkage of the recycled concrete is higher than that of natural aggregate c．onerete：with the increase of the replacement rate，the
shrinkage of the recycled concrete increases．

目前国内外大都着眼于再生粗骨料用于混凝土的研究，
而对细骨料用于混凝土的研究很少。
本文着眼于破碎建筑垃圾作为再生细骨料替代天然砂在
混凝土中应用。试验破碎的再生骨料由郑州大学土术工程学
院实训基地废弃的建筑垃圾经分拣破碎加工而成。该批建筑
废弃物中混凝土的强度等级为 C30。试验 中应用的再生细骨
料颗粒级配没有经过人为调整，试验结果能够反映实际情况。
由于通过改进混凝土搅拌工艺可提高混凝士的流动性和
强度l】1，本试验采用基于 自由水灰比的配合比设计方法，拌制
混凝土时采用二次搅拌工艺。

1 试 验
1．1 原材 料
水泥为河南孟电集团水泥有限公司生产的孟 电牌 P·0
42．5级普通硅酸盐水泥；洛阳首阳山电厂的Ⅱ级粉煤灰；TH-2
聚羧酸系高效减水剂；天然粗骨料为河南贾峪生产的碎石；天然
砂为平顶山鲁山生产的中粗砂，细度模数为2．82；水为自来水。
再生细骨料的取样及试验方法均按 GB／T 14684--2001
《建筑用砂》进行。再生细骨料及天然砂的物理性能测试结果
见表 1，颗粒级配见表 2。
