对 RPC的流动 性 、强度 及 耐久性 的影响 。结果表 明 :采 用天然砂 替代 石英砂 作为 细骨料 对 RPC抗
折强度 、抗压 强度及 流动 度影响 不 大 ;掺 稻 壳灰 的 RPC的适 宜水胶 比为 0.20~0.22;随着 稻 壳灰
替代硅 灰掺 量的增加 ,其 收缩率 降低且 随龄期 增 长 变化 减缓 ,同时其抗 氯 离子渗 透 性 能有 所 下 降 ;
建议根 据不 同使 用性 能要 求选择 稻 壳灰 部 分或 完全替代硅 灰 的 RPC。

Experim ent on M ix Proportion of Reactive Powder
Concrete with Rice Husk Ash

Abstract: The mix proportion of reactive powder concrete (RPC )with rice husk ash was
investigated through experim ent.On the basis of m axim um density theory, the primary mix
proportion of RPC with rice husk ash was designed. Influences of two kinds of fine aggregate,
such as quartz sand and natural sand,on the property of RPC were investigated.Experiments on
RPC with different water binder ratios were done, and a range for water binder ratio was
suggested.The rice husk ash was used to replace the silica fume in RPC,and the influences of
the replacement ratio on flowability,strength and durability were investigated.The results show
that there is little influence on flexural strength,compressive strength and fluidity by taking
natural sand as fine aggregate replacing quartz sand. The appropriate water binder ratio of RPC
with rice husk ash is 0.20—0.22. W ith the increasing of am ount of rice husk ash replacing silica
fum e,the shrinkage rate reduces and change slowly with ages,and the chloride—penetration
resistance reduces.It is suggested that the silica fum e in RPC can be replaced by rice husk ash
partially or com pletely according to different application requirements
