结合西南某建设 中的混凝 土坝工程 ,通过在混凝 土浇筑仓表 面埋设 多向应变计组及无应力
计 ,监测低温季节混凝土表面应力应变状态。首先对无应力计 实测值建立统计模型反演热膨胀 系数从
而分 离 出混凝 土 自生体 积 变形 ,然后根 据应 变计 组 实测应 变 ,结合无 应 力计测值 获得 实际应力 ,最后
建立有限元模型进行温度场、应力场反馈分析 ,并统计施工过程中混凝土试件劈拉强度 ,进行开裂风
险判断。分析表明,该混凝土坝浇筑仓低温季节保温效果好,总体开裂风险较小,但需要重视揭 开保
温被 时段 以及新浇筑预冷混凝土对下层混凝土冷击产生的开裂风险。

during low-temperature season

Abstract:In accordance with a concrete dam under construction in the Southwest China, the stress—strain state of the concrete
surface during the low·-temperature season is monitored through the multi·-directional strain gauge arrays and the non·-stress meters
embedded in the surface of the concrete placing area.Firstly,a statistical model is established with the measured Values from the
non-stress meters for inverting the relevant thermal expansion coeffi cient, SO as to separate out the autogenous volume deform ation
of the concrete.Secondly,the actual stress is obtained in accordance with the measured values from the non—stress meters based
on the actually measured values from the strain gauge arrays. Finally, a finite element model is built up for the feedback analysis
on the temperature field and stress field and, moreover,the splitting tensile strengths of the concrete samples got during the con—
struction are figured out for judging the cracking risk.The analysis shows that though the effect of the temperature insulation
measure for the concrete placing area during the low—temperature season is better with less cracking risk, the a great attention on
the cracking risk from the cold shock caused by both the newly placed pre—cooled concrete or the removing of the insulation covers
are still necessary to be paid.
