以汶 川县威 州镇 一幢 既有 典型 混凝 土框 架 结构房屋 为研 究对 象 ，分析 了当地 现 有混凝 土 结构
的抗 震安 全 水平 。采 用《建 筑抗 震设 计规 范 》(GB 50011— 2010)设 定 的设 防烈 度及 地 震 水平 ，对 混
凝 土 结构进 行非 线性 时程 分析 ，建 立 了该 结构 的概 率 地震 需求模 型 。依 据 该 模 型确 定 结 构地 震 易
损 性水 平 ，建立 继续使 用 、严 重破 坏 和倒 塌 3种 状 态 下结 构 的地 震 易损 性 曲线 ，以 此研 究 汶 川县 此
类结构设计的抗震安全水平。研 究结果表 明：此类既有混凝土框架结构不能完全满足《建筑抗震设
计规 范》(GB 50011—2O1O)中不 同抗 震设 防等 级 关于房屋 破 坏和倒 塌 的基本 要 求 。

Seism ic Disaster Areas

Abstract： A typical existing reinforced concrete (RC ) frame structure in W eizhou Town，
W enchuan County was studied to review the seismic safety levels of local RC frame building． The
adopted assessm ent levels of earthquake ground motions were produced according to the local
fortification intensity in Chinese Code for Seismic Design of Buildings(GB 50011— 201O)．By
using nonlinear finite elem ent method，probabilistic seism ic demand m ode1(PSDM )for RC frame
structure was built． The seism ic fragility curves for imm ediate occupancy， significant dam age，
and collapse prevention dam age levels of the RC fram e building were analyzed． Then，the seismic
fragility assessm ent of the RC frame was discussed to assess the safety 1evels of the actual RC
frame structure of design in W enchuan County．The research results indicate that the existing RC
frame structure in W enchuan County would unlikely meet the structural dam age and collapse
prevention performance objectives in related earthquake hazard levels that are found in guidelines
for performance—based earthquake engineering in Code for Seismic Design of Buildings
(GB 50011— 2O10)．
