由于钢管高强膨胀混凝土与普通钢筋混凝土相比，混凝土的材料性质有改变，必然会引起试件的力学性能的改变，在研究钢管
高强膨胀混凝土的力学性能时，不可能完全沿用现有的普通钢管混凝土的研究成果，因此，有必要对钢管高强膨胀混凝土的性能进行试验
研究。依据 15个钢管高强膨胀混凝土试件的试验情况，研究了钢管高膨胀混凝土的水化热，自应力及破坏荷载。确定了膨胀剂的最佳掺
量，提出了钢管高强膨胀混凝土相对普通钢管混凝土的极限破坏荷载的提高幅度，运用力学的基本原理，建立了钢管高强膨胀混凝土的计
算模型，提 lLIJ了非线性有限元分析钢管高性膨胀混凝土性能的方法，通过算例，验证了非线性有限元分析钢管高强膨胀混凝土力学性能的
方法的正确性。这将有利于指导实际工程的应用。

Abstract： High strength expansive concrete filled steel tube have different material properties，while their mechanical properties are different．So
we cann’t use all the research results of reinforced concrete to research the mecherial properties of high strength expansive concrete filled steel
tube．The experimental study for mechanical properties of high strength expansive concrete filled steel tube is nessary．According tO the test results
of 1 5 specimens of perform ance expansive concrete filled steel tu be，stu dy the hydration heat，self-stress and the limit bearing capacity of high
strength expan sive concrete filled steel tube．Determ ined optimum content ofexpansive agent．The lim it bearing capacity ofhigh strength expansive
concrete filled steel tube is taller than the lim it bearing capacity of common concrete filled steel tube．The calculating model of expansive concrete
filled steel tube is founded by using the principle fundamentals ofmechanician．Taking the mothed ofhigh strength expansive concrete filled steel
tube analyzed with nonlinear finite element．It is proved by exam ple that the nonlinear finite element analyzed the mechanical properties of high
strength expansive concrete filled steel tube．These will do good to the application ofthe practice engineering．

0 引言
目前，对普通钢管混凝土构件的力学性能已经有了较充分
的研究_】-4]，但对钢管高强膨胀混凝土的研究还不多。由于钢管
高强膨胀混凝土与普通钢筋混凝土相比，混凝土的材料性质有
改变，必然会引起试件的力学性能的改变，在研究钢管高强膨
胀混凝土的力学性能时，不可能完全沿用现有的普通钢管混凝
土的研究成果，因此，有必要对钢管高强膨胀混凝土的力学性
能进行试验研究。
1 试验概况
1．1 试件设计
本次试验共采用试件 5组，每组 3件，共有试件 15件，试
件尺寸均为长 630 in131，直径 180 mm，长径比 l／d=3．5，表明试件
为短柱类型。
所用钢管为 3号钢，按规程 CECS 28：90t ]规定 3号钢的抗

压强度设计值为 2 1 5 MPa；混凝土设计强度为 C50。
按规程 CECS 28：90[ ]的计算原则，钢管尺寸为 4)180 n'mlx
3 mmx630 ram，混凝土设计强度等级为 C50的试件设计承载能
力为 1 365 kN。
1．2 试件制作
1．2．1 钢管系自行制作的直焊缝钢管
将购来的 3号钢板按要求加工成一个矩形板，在湖北路桥
公司卷板机上卷压成一个圆管，用电焊机将直焊缝焊拢，为了
灌注混凝土方便，底部盖板与钢管焊接牢固。
1．2．2 钢管打磨
用砂纸除去钢管表面贴应变片处的锈斑、污垢等覆盖层，
划出测点定线，用细纱布磨平。贴应变片之前，打成与测量方向
成 45度的交叉条纹。
1．2-3 贴应变片
本试验所用应变片是河北省邢台市电子化工厂生产的。应
变胶为自制，其配合比为：环氧树脂 100％，聚酰胺 120％。按常
