比观 察 管 内混凝 土 ,证 明 了真 空辅助 工 艺的有 效 性 ;摸 清 了其 工作 机理 ;发 现 了原 设计 真 空辅 助 工
艺 的不足 并提 出改进 方法 。将 改进后 的 真 空辅 助 灌 注工 艺应 用 于依 托 工程 ,真 正 实现 了全过 程 真
空辅 助 灌注施 工 。试 验及 实桥 应 用证 明 :该 工艺保 证 了管 内混凝 土 灌注 阶段 的密 实性 ,并 大 大减 少
后 期脱 空 范 围、显著 减 小后 期 脱 空深度 ,效果 良好 ,获得 了发 明 专利 ,已推 广应 用 于 3座特 大桥 。

Tests of Vacuum。-Aided Casting of Concrete in Tubes of a CFST

Abstract:To research into the ways of how to minim ize the problem of concrete disengage—
ment in the tubes of concrete—filled steel tube(CFST)arch bridge,the First Hejiang Changjiang
River Bridge with a main span of 530 m was taken as the case study,the m odels of two large—scale
steel tubes of 50 m 1ength were designed and fabricated,the tubes were filled in with the concrete
respectively by the comm on and vacuum—aided casting workmanship and the com parative tests for
the m odels were m ade. The analysis of the ultrasonic detection results of the tubes filled in with
the concrete and the visual comparison of the concrete in the opened tubes proved the effectiveness
of the vacuum—aided casting workmanship. The working mechanism of the workm anship was made
clear,the deficiency of the originally designed workm anship was found out and the improvement
for the workmanship was accordingly proposed. The workmanship was improved and was applied
to the case study bridge and the construction of the whole process vacuum—-aided casting was real——
ized in reality. The tests and application of the workm anship to the actual bridge also proved that
with the workmanship, the concrete density in the tubes at the concrete casting stages was an—
sured,the ranges of the concrete disengagem ent were greatly lessened and the depth of the con—
crete disengagement in the late period was significantly minim ized. The working effect of the
workmanship was sound,the workmanship was awarded the patent of invention and was already
popularized and applied tO 3 major bridges.
