钢筋混凝土框架结构是地震中破坏和倒塌较严
重的结构之一。由于 缺 少“二 道 防 线”，《建 筑 抗 震
设计规范》( GB 50011—2010) 的设计理念是将框架
结构引导到“强 柱 弱 梁”上，要求柱不出现塑性铰，
梁首先出铰，使结构能够具有较好的弹塑性变形能
力，在地震中消耗能量，达到大震不倒的目的。但由
于地震作用的不确性以及结构设计中的诸多因素，
这个设计理念很难在实际工程中得以实现，多数框
架结构的破坏和倒塌均表现为“薄弱层”破坏模式，
即底层柱上下端出现塑性铰。因此，钢筋混凝土框
架结构抗倒塌成为了结构工程师迫切需要解决的
问题。
钢筋混凝土框架结构是一种柔性结构，在多遇
地震设计时往往会遇到变形不满足规范要求的情
况。此时许多设计单位希望通过增加钢筋混凝土抗
震墙来提高结构的变形能力，但却带来了另一个问
题: 抗震墙布置少了，墙体抗震不满足要求; 墙体布
置多了，就成为另一种结构———框 架-剪 力 墙 结 构，
增加建造成本
