比较 了中国规 范、美 国规 范和 欧洲规 范规 定的 最小和 最 大纵 向钢 筋 配筋 率 范 围 内构 件 的 塑性铰 转
动 能力 ，分析 了塑 性 弯矩 重分布 系数 与相对 受压 区高度 的关 系 。研 究结 果表 明：由于 中国规 范规 定
的 最大纵 向钢 筋 配筋率对 应 于界 限破 坏 ，构件 配筋率 达到 最 大配 筋 率 时构件 已经 不具 有 塑性 变形
能 力，即使没 有达 到最 大配筋率 ，变形 能力也 不 大。

Ductility and M om ent Redistribution of Reinforced
Concrete Flexural M em bers

Abstract：The method for calculating the ductility coefficient and plastic hinge rotation capacity of
the reinforced concrete flexural m em bers was investigated， and the calculation form ulas for
determ ining the depth of com pression zone when tension steel yielded and concrete strain reached
ultimate compressive strain or steel strain reached ultimate tensile strain were given．On the basis
of these， the plastic rotation capacities of m em bers in the range of minim um and maximum
reinforcem ent ratios of longitudinal steel specified in Chinese，American and European codes were
compared．The relations between the coefficients of plastic m oment redistribution and relative
depths of compression zone were studied． Research results show that the m ember hasn’t any
plastic deformation capacity in the case of maxim um reinforcement ratio specified in Chinese
codes，for this corresponds to the balanced failure，and the deform ation capacity is less even not
the case of maxim um reinforcement ratio．
