高等级公路 桥已广泛采用沥青混凝土铺装 ，而 沥青 混凝 土摊铺 时的温度往往高达 150 oC左右 ，如此
高的温度必然会在桥梁结构 中引起不利的温度场 。沥青摊铺 对钢筋混 凝土箱 梁桥温 度场 的影响是 多方面 因素共
同作用的结果 ，通过对诸如梁体初始 温度 、沥青下料温度及摊铺层厚度等影 响因素的数值 分析 ，提出 了考虑各 种影
响因素的温度梯度分布模式 ，为钢筋 混凝 土箱 梁桥 在沥青摊铺作用下的温度场和温度效应 的分 析计算提供 了一种
简 化 的 计 算 公 式 。

[Abstract]In recent years，asphalt concrete pavement has been more and more widely used in the
deck pavement of highway bridge whose temperature usually reaches up to 1 50 ℃ ．Such a high tempera—
ture can cause the disadvantageous temperature field in the box girder．Temperature field of paving as—
phah is related to some factors． Based on the analysis of factors such as initial temperature of girder，
blanking temperature of asphalt，thickness of asphalt，the nonlinear temperature gradients in the concrete
box was suggested．It supplied one simplified calculated formula for reinforced concrete box girder at the
effect of asphalt paving．

许 多钢 筋混 凝 土桥 梁 在 调 平 层施 工 结 束 后 ，未
进 行沥 青摊铺 之前 主梁 表 面 情况 良好 ，在 沥青 摊 铺
之 后则 在主梁 腹 板 、顶 板 和翼 板 均 出现 了裂缝 。这
些裂 缝是 由于桥梁 施 工 质量 引起 的 ，还 是 由于 沥 青
摊铺 温度 效应 引起 的 ，各 方面 意见 不一 。近 年来 ，高
等级 公路 桥面铺 装 已广 泛采 用 沥 青 混 凝 土铺 装 ，沥
青混 凝 土摊铺 温度往 往高 达 150 oC左右 。如 此高 的
温度 必然 会在箱 梁 内引起 温 差 分 布 ，但 是 温 度 场分
布如 何 ，将 对桥 梁结 构产 生哪些 影 响 ，在 现行 规范 中
无任何 条 文规 定 。为 此 ，文 章 针 对 沥青 摊 铺 高 温操
作 对混 凝土 箱梁 桥 的影 响进 行 研 究 ，进 而 提 出 沥青
摊铺 作 用下 ，钢筋 混凝 土箱 梁桥 梯度 温度模 式 。
1 工程 背 景
本研 究工 程 背景为 无锡 机 场高 速 锡 兴路 一 联 5
×20 m钢 筋混 凝土 连续 箱梁 桥 ，箱 身采 用 单箱 双 室
截 面 ，实 桥沥青 摊铺 层 厚 度 9 cm，分 两 次摊 铺 ，下 面
层材 料 为改性 沥青 AC16，摊铺 厚 度 为 5 cm，上 面 层
