采 用 XRD，SEM／EDS，BSEM／EDS，光 学显微 分析 和 显微 硬 度 分析 等 测 试 方 法对 湖 北 十 字 垭 隧道 工程 混凝 土进 行 了分析 ．结果表 明 ：混凝 土部 分粗 骨 料含 有 石 膏 ，在 粗 骨料 中石 膏与 砂 浆界 面过 渡 区生成 了钙矾 石和碳 硫硅 钙石 ，导 致混凝 土 开 裂、界 面过 渡 区疏 松 多孔 ，混凝 土 内部 受 到硫 酸 盐 侵 蚀 破 坏 ． 关键 词 ：硫 酸盐侵 蚀 ；石 膏 ；钙 矾石 ；碳硫 硅 钙石 ；骨料 ；混凝 土 中图分 类号 ：TU528．01 文献标 志码 ：A doi；10．3969／j．issn．1007—9629．2014．01．006 InternalSulfateAttack on ConcreteCausedby Gypsum’BearingAggregates X N G Zhishui’一， DENG M in ， WA NG Aiguo ， LIU Kaiwei’ (1．CollegeofMaterialsScienceandEngineering，NanjingTeehUniversity，Nanjing210009，China；2．StateKey LaboratoryofMaterials—OrientedChemicalEngineering，NaniingTechUniversity，Nanjing210009，China； 3．ChinaWaterResourcesBeifangInvestigation，DesignandResearchCo．Ltd．，Tianjin300222，China；4．AnhuiKey LaboratoryofAdvancedBuilding M aterials，AnhuiJianzhu University，Hefei230022，China) Abstract：Som e concrete samples taken from Shiziya tunnelin H ubeiprovince were analyzed by XRD ， SEM／EDS，BSEM／EDS，opticalmicroscopeandmicro—hardnessdevice．ItiSshownthatdeteriorationof concrete in theform ofcracking，and decreaseofcohesion and strength are caused by the internalsulfate attack caused by gypsum—bearingdolom itecoarse aggregates． Ettringite and thaumasiteare form ed in the interfacetransition zonebetweengypsum inthecoarseaggregateandmortars．Therefore，thestructuresof the interface transition zoneand thematrix arelooseand porous，the micro—hardnessisreduced． Keywords：sulfateattack；gypsum ；ettringite；thaum asite；aggregate；concrete 混凝 土硫 酸盐 侵蚀是 指水 泥水 化产 物与来 自外 界环 境 的硫酸 盐或 混凝 土 内部 存在 的硫 酸盐 之 间发 生 的一 系列复 杂 的 、相互 交叉 的物理 化 学过 程l1]．根 据硫 酸盐 来源 的不 同 ，混凝 土 硫 酸 盐 侵蚀 可 分 为 外 部硫酸盐侵蚀和 内部硫酸盐侵蚀 2种类型．内部硫 酸 盐侵蚀 是 由于混 凝土 原料 中 的硫 酸盐 及能 转化 成 硫 酸盐 的硫化 物含 量过 高或 硬化水 泥浆 体 内含硫 物 质 高温 分解 释放 出硫酸 盐所 致． 湖北 十字 垭隧道 全长 456．O0m，净 宽 8．5Om， 净高 6．66m，其 穿过 的地 层 围岩 主要 为 层状 泥岩 、 泥质 泥岩 、泥质 灰 岩 、层 状 灰 岩 和 白云质 灰 岩 等r-． 该 隧道 于 2002年 10月 动 工 ，2004年 7月 试 通 车 后 ，曾 因隧道混 凝土 局部 软化 、无 强度 及开 裂 等破 坏 而被 迫封 闭．混 凝 土 拌 和用 水 及 隧 道所 处 地 质 周 边 环境 水无 腐蚀 性 ，只有 经 过 混 凝 土后 的 (渗 )水 才具 有 了腐蚀 性l_3]，病害发 生原 因有 待进一 步探 讨．
