Abstract：The concrete construction of the upper pool for Hongping Pumped Storage Hydropower Station has the characteristics of
more types of concrete，wide distribution of the working faces，large diffi culty of construction，etc．Through the optimization of
the concrete mixing ratio，construction scheme，construction technology，etc．，the problems，such as superposition of concrete
strength，the alternative construction of all kinds of concretes in turns，large diffi culty of construction in winter，etc．，are over—
come． The result shows that not only the construction quality is better and the construction period is controllable，but the opti—
mized construction scheme iS alSO effective．

洪屏抽水蓄能电站上水库工程混凝土工程量较
大，约 14．6万 m ，且型号多、分布广，共 21种不
同型号混凝土。通过采取优化配合比、优化仓面工艺
和浇筑工艺，保证了混凝土的浇筑质量，同时，通过
合理布设拌和系统、完善管理制度等措施，克服了混
凝土施工强度叠加、各种配合比混凝土交替使用等施
工组织问题。目前，混凝土施工完成 90％以上，施
工质量良好。
1 工程概况
洪屏抽水蓄能电站位于江西省靖安县境内，距县
城约 40 km，为周调节抽水蓄能电站。电站装机 4台
30
×300 MW 混流可逆式水泵水轮发电机组。大 (1)型
I等工程，主要包括上水库、输水系统、地下厂房系
统、地面开关站及下水库等枢纽工程。上水库工程主
要由主坝、西副坝、西南副坝及进出水口组成。主坝
为混凝土重力坝，坝顶高程 737．5 m，坝顶长度
107．0 m，最大坝高 42．5 m；西副坝和西南副坝均为
钢筋混凝土面板堆石坝，其中西副坝最大坝高 57．7
m，坝顶长度 367．5 m，西南副坝最大坝高 37．4 m，
坝顶长度 311．2 m。
