摘要: 针对以往混凝土搅拌车整车静态侧顷稳定角计算时与实际测量误差较大的问题,推导了
-种计算混凝土搅拌车静态侧翻稳定角的方法,该方法考虑了混凝土搅拌过程的质心转移及对悬
挂系统的影响,从而提高计算的准确性。随后结合某故车型的实际优化过程。既验证了新的计算
模型的准确性,又展示了悬挂系统和上装质心偏移对整车静态侧倾稳定角的影响程度,找到了合
理有效的优化方案,对同类产品的设计具有一定的实际指导意义。

Abstraet In the past, conerete mixing vehicle statie Toll stability angle was cealculated in the same way of the ordinary
vchicle model. It was testifed that the deviation was large relatively by the actual measurement of some models. Through
the analysis of the influence factors: the caleulation method of concrete mixing vehicle statie roll stability angle was
deduced, considering centre of gravity shifting when the concrete mixing process and influence of the sifness of
suspension systerm, s0 as to improve the accuracy of calculation. The actual optimization process of a model verified the
accuracy of the new calculation model, as well as demonstrated the influence of both suspension system and the offset of
the vehicle eentre of gravity on the vchicle static roll stability angle, finding the optimized way which is reasonable and
practieal for improvement of concrete mixing vehicle static roll stability angle. This method has signifieant value for both
popularization and practical guidance in the industry.
