摘要: 传动轴是汽车传动系统中的重要部件,汽车工作过程中所有的动力都通过传动辅进
行传递,因此传动轴的工况十分恶实。针对某混凝土搅拌运输车底盘传动轴损坏的问题,酒
过CAE仿真手段,对该系传动轴总成进行强度及疲劳寿命分析。并进行评价,最后通过试验
验证仿真分析的准确性。试验证明。运用CAE仿真方法对传动辅的设计及进一步优化具有重
要的指导意义。

Abstract The drive shaft is an inmportant part of the power train, all the power whan the vechicle is working
was tansfred by the drive shaft,50 the working condition of the dnive shaft was very ermible. To the
damage problem of a drive shaft of concrete mixing truck,the strength and fifigue analyis of the drive
shaft is done by CAE simultin method and it is ewaluted with drive shaft. Confiming the veracity of the
simulation by some test, and it bad important guiding sgnifeane with the drive shaft deign and further
optimization
