composite cage flat floor slab is light-weighted and can meet need of large span as well as
large space buildings，Apart仔om it．compared with the traditional floor,such as ribbed floor
and girderless floor,concrete composite cage flat floor slab can also improve the strength and
stiffness of the floor,insulate sounds,prevent fires,have reasonable price and the like．
Meeting the increasingly demanding requirements of modem people,the concrete composite
cage flat floor slab has been drawing a
quantity of attention and put into use in a
variety of
buildings since it was brought out．
There has been amounts of documents concerning concrete composite cage flat floor slab
since the concrete composite cage flat floor slab was invented．Most ofthe documents focused
on the study of structural features and construction technologies，and the achievements in the
research are far more plentiful and complete than before．While there are few studies regarding
the economy of concrete composite cage flat floor slab，giving riSe to few constructive
research achievements．ConSequently there is no way of knowing whether the concrete
composite cage flat floor slab has some economical advantages compared with ribbed floor
and girderless floor．Studying the economy of concrete composite cage flat floor slab，
especially its cost of quality,can provide the theoretical evidenc，e for further promotion·
This essay mainly focuses on the study ofthe economy of concrete composite cage flat
floor slab．The research consists oftwo parts：the first part is a
comparative analysis ofthe
construction cost of some traditional flooL such as main and secondary girder
roof,cross．beam floor slab；the second part,which is also the key point ofthis essay,is the
study ofthe quality cost ofthe concrete composite cage flat floor slab．The content is as

The introduction of the first chapter mainly talks about the characteristics of the traditiona
1 floors，such as ribbed floor,girderless floor and the like．The main point of this essay are base
d on the structural research and the economical analysis,which can also be found in this chapt
er．The second chapter mainly discusses the component and structural characteristics ofthe con
crete composite cage flat floor slab，as well as the development and application．The third
chapter-the theorAical research ofquality cost-discusses the research background and the
development at home and abroad ofquality cost．meanwhile，it comfirms the settings for
quality cost on the basis ofthe current researches．The fouth chapter compares three kinds of
structures，such as rib—beam floor fl ame，girderless floor and concrete composite cage flat floor
slab’S cost,analyzes the characteristic ofconcrete composite cage flat floor．Considering the
technique and economy,we found that concrete composite cage flat floor is suitable to the
large span building．The fifth chapter mostly introduces the structure of concrete composite
cage flat floor slab’S quality cost,analyzes all the factors’influences towards quality cost,in
order to determine the means to reduce quality cost．Combined、而th quality problems
produced in the construction，some purposeful construction techniques have come into being，
providing theoretical guidance for construction of concrete composite cage flat floor slab．The
last chapter is the conclusion of the main research contents and results，looking forward to the
future ofconcrete composite cage flat floor slab．
