基 础上 ,研 究钢 筋腐蚀 对 梁桥承 载能力 的影 响 ,考虑钢 筋和 混凝 土协 同工作 能 力的 降低 ,以混凝 土 梁
桥 达到承载 能力极 限作 为剩余使 用寿命 的终 结标 准 ,提 出 了梁桥 剩余使 用寿命 的预 测模 型 。借 助 随
机 过程方 法 ,得 到混凝 土梁桥 中钢 筋开始腐蚀 、锈 胀开裂 以及 达到承载 能力极 限 时的钢 筋腐蚀 深度与
剩余使 用寿命之 间的关 系,并针对 不 同的使 用环境 分别建 立 了剩余使 用寿命 的表 达 式。结果表 明,混
凝 土梁桥在使 用 10.07~10.97年后 钢 筋 开始腐 蚀 ;当钢 筋腐蚀 深度 为 0.047 mm 时 ,混 凝 土开 裂 ,
导致钢 筋腐 蚀速 度加 快 ;当钢 筋腐 蚀深 度 为 1.591~1.595 mm 时 ,混 凝土 梁桥 达到承 载 能 力极 限 。

Study of Remaining Service Life of Concrete Girder Bridge

Abstract:To reveal the evolution law of the remaining service life of concrete girder bridge,
the influences of the reinforcement corrosion on the bearing capacity of the girder bridge were
studied on the basis of analysis of the concrete carbonation and reinforcem ent corrosion process.
The decrease of the co—workability of the reinforcement and concrete after the concrete cracked
was considered,the limit state of the bearing capacity that the girder bridge reached was taken as
the term ination point of the remaining service life and the prediction model for the remaining serv—
ice life of the bridge was proposed.By the random process analysis m ethod,the relation between
the reinforcement corrosion depth and the remaining service lire at the time the reinforcem ent in
the girder bridge started to corrode,the concrete cracked due to the reinforcement corrosion and
the bridge reached the limit state of the bearing capacity was obtained and the expressions of the
remaining service life for the different service environment were respectively established.The re—
suits show that the reinforcem ent in the concrete girder bridge starts to corrode after the bridge
has been in service for 10.O7~ 1O.97 years. W hen the reinforcem ent corrosion depth is 0.047
m m ,the concrete starts to crack,which consequently causes the reinforcement corrosion rate to
accelerate and when the corrosion depth is 1.591~ 1.595 mm ,the girder bridge will reach the
lim it state of the bearing capacity.
